SERVES: 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups lemon juice
1 cup sugar
6 cups apple juice
1 apple, thinly sliced
½ cup boiling water
1 tsp cinnamon
6-8 sprigs fresh rosemary
METHOD:
Step 1: Place sugar, cinnamon and boiling water in a mixing bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 2: Once cooled, pour sugar water into a pitcher.
Step 3: Add the apple juice and lemon juice to the pitcher and stir well to combine.
Step 4: Serve the lemonade with apple slices and springs of rosemary for flavour.
