INGREDIENTS:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger powder
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup fresh coriander, finely diced
METHOD:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180°C degrees and line a large baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2: Place the chicken wings in the baking dish.
Step 3: Pour the olive oil, butter, orange juice, honey and soy sauce over the chicken wings.
Step 4: Season the wings with salt, pepper, ginger and ground coriander.
Step 5: Turn to coat and marinade in the mixture.
Step 6: Sprinkle fresh coriander over the wings and bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 7: Serve.
